At Logansport Community School Corporation, we find great value in highlighting our student successes. Every year we see hundreds of students leave the doors of LHS one last time to go on and change the world in their own way. Our goal is to share the achievements of our alumni and remind future berries of the endless opportunities that await them!
This week’s #BerrySuccess is 2015 LHS Graduate, Karli Armstrong. After graduation, Karli continued her education at Purdue University and received her bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences. By taking dual credit courses in high school and with hard work, she was able to complete her bachelor's degree in only 3 years! Her future plans are focused around using her knowledge of psychology and mental health to help others.
Karli’s favorite part about LHS was the amazing teachers and staff. She stressed the importance of forming relationships with your teachers. “They truly care and want to help you succeed. Mr. Kimbler still helps me make life decisions,” said Armstrong. When asked what advice she would give to current students, she shared “I would definitely advise LHS students to take as many college classes as you can. It helped me graduate early and save a lot of money.”
